The porch-level living room has Dish-TV with HBO premium channels, one of the two gas fireplaces is here in the family room and the large couch opens up to a queen size sleeper. Kids love it because they can stay up and watch movies while snuggled warmly in bed.

The kitchen is quite well outfitted with most modern amenities including the very necessary microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster and can opener.

This is the upstairs bedroom with a queen size bed. In this room there is also a relaxing jacuzzi and adjacent bathroom.

The lower level has the game room, the second bedroom and the hot tub. The game room is equipped with a stereo cd player, a pool table, a foosball/air-hockey table and two sitting ottomans that fold out to become a twin sized bed each.

The downstairs bedroom has a large king sized bed, the second gas firelplace and Dish TV with the HBO package.

The hot tub is always hot and ready for four to six people. Slip in and enjoy the hot soothing warmth that penetrates and makes enjoying the day or evening sounds so much more relaxing. There is plenty of privacy thanks to the surrounding trees and foliage.
